Over his 18+ year career in the Canadian small-cap capital markets, Mr. Currie has played a key role in numerous public market transactions, including four go-public transactions and three reverse takeovers (RTOs). He has also served as a director of several publicly traded companies.

From July 2020 to December 2025, Mr. Currie served as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Secretary, and Director of Badger Capital Corp., now Tiger Gold Corp. (TSXV: TIGR). Since its December 2025 listing, the company has raised more than $35 million in capital.

In July 2021, Mr. Currie led the direct listing and $12.4 million financing of Northstar Clean Technologies Inc. (TSXV: ROOF). He continues to serve on the company's Board of Directors and has helped lead more than $60 million in additional financings since the company's public listing.

In recognition of his contributions to British Columbia's business community, Mr. Currie was named one of Business in Vancouver's Top 40 Under 40 in 2024.
